FITNESS TEST

ARMY PHYSICAL FITNESS ASSESSMENT

Once you've attended the Special Forces briefing, and you're still interested in becoming a member of the Special Forces Ohio group ( B/2/19 SFG (A) ), you'll be administered the Army's Physical Fitness Assessment to ensure you'll be able to make it through the grueling weekend long SFPD drill. If you can't complete the minimum standards, you will be released from drill and asked to return once you can complete each event to at least minimum standards. The minimum standards are in place for a reason. Those below the standards are more prone to injury and quitting.
